Hello, this morning I have found that I cannot access my company email server when connected to my Vodafone Broadband working from home. Another colleague who is working from home and uses Vodafone is having the same issue.
If I tether my laptop to my phone, I can then access my company email with no issue.
I have tried resetting the router with no luck.
Any ideas?

The first thing to do is to log into the VF router and change the DNS settings to some combination of 1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1 8.8.88. 8.8.4.4
In many cases that's enough to fix such issues - though it will remove any DNS filtering!

Nothing other than the website cannot be reached
