We recently changed our WiFi password and subsequently could no longer use our Alexa Echo Dots. Amazon spent over an hour trying to resolve the issue to no avail. They basically said we needed to buy a newer model. We thought we’d just live with that but now the same thing has happened with our Peleton bike. A software update has gone through and the bike will no longer connect to internet.
Wish we had never changed the password! Has anyone else come across a similar issue?
