Router replacement

I get regular issues with the Vodafone-supplied router where it goes into meltdown (to the point where I can't even access http://192.168.1.1/). Support rebuilt it a couple of times in the last couple of months, so really frustrating. My questions are:

1) Has anyone else experienced this with the VF router?

2) Has anyone resolved these issues?

3) If I can't get any reasonable solution, then I'm going to have to look at replacing the router with something more "mainstream", has anyone any recommendations on this? e.g. does it create problems with VF support? Any recommendations with devices that do, or do not, play nice with VF broadband service (Ironically, I'm on the Pro Superfast 2 service)

@Murray - thanks for explaining what's happening with your router. With you mentioning you’re one of our Pro Broadband customers, please contact our dedicated Wi-Fi Xperts on 191 for free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from any other network/landline.

They can then go though you options.
