@Homik

Did you search the forum for other conversations about the same issue?

Is the TV connected to the router by WiFi or Ethernet cable?

Does streaming to other devices work OK?

Is it just one streaming service or all of them?

Hiya, WiFi, all services. Haven't done anything different to my previously installed router. Which apparently was less powerful and almost twice slower

I know from your previous post's that you are using a Wi-Fi connection to the TV, is it possible to try it wired?

Does the TV have a speed test, and if so what does it give?

Can you carry out a speed test on any other device's both wired and wireless, if possible, and let us know what you get?

On your router, can you split the Wi-Fi bands, and make sure the TV is using 5Ghz.

Hopefully the option hasn't been removed from your router as I don't think you are on Pro.

Hello,

I have the same problems when I'm watching IPTV in pich hours. My TV is connected with wire. The issue is not only one platform - tested. It's not only me - many of my friends and colleagues, which are Vodafone customers have the same issue. Me personaly tested this issue in 2 of them. There is no issue with the broadband speed when the other issue apper. Defenatly there is something which restrict the users in Vodafone network. And I'm sure of that, because before to switch to Vodafone I was NowTV customer and I didn't had this problem, even where the speed was 60 mbps instead of 500 mbps which is my current contract.

I just can't wait until end of the contract to change supplier. I am paying for service which is not delivered. My Amazon prime service is not working for some time now. WiFi range also is rubbish. Nothing good, just pain with Vodafone.
