Superfast Connection Unavailable

Hi,

According to the Vodafone website, all the houses in my road are able to connect to Superfast. Except mine!

I was online with the Vodafone agents for an hour and they are absolutely useless - providing no answer.

Sureky if my neighbours who are 15 feet on ether side of my house have a connection then it should be VERY simple to provide a connection to my house? Or am I missing something?

Thanks

No you are not missing anything, Vodafone's systems seem to often be wrong.

Who are you with now, and does the BT/Openreach checker have no problem with your address?

BT Broadband (btwholesale.com)

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
I am not with any sp at the moment. We are moving in from overseas.

Here are the results from BT.

Not sure what they mean - hoping someone can decipher them.

Thanks

Your pictures haven't been moderated yet, but do you know if the current residents in the property have broadband, and who with.

Hi,

No broadband in the current residence.

thanks

That may be the problem then. If it has never had an Openreach broadband connection it's status on the databases may be such that Vodafone can't connect to it. There are processes for such occurrences, but Vodafone don't seem to follow them.

Have you tried any other ISPs? The BT owned ones (BT, EE or PlusNet) are probably better at dealing with these processes.
