Vodafone alternatives

Hey guys anyone know if the alternatives to vodafone are better?

Internet's been going on and off the last 2 weeks, rang in multiple times only to hear them tell me there was nothing wrong on their end https://vidmate.bid/ 

Tired of listening to them say its basically a problem on my end and they cant do anything

In regards to alternative options maybe look at their community forums and places like review sites to get a handle on what people think about their service but take into account most sign up to forums to seek assistance for an issue or vent and nkt so much to give positive feedback.

As @BandOfBrothers says, people's experiences of ISP's vary. I'm perfectly happy with my Vodafone connection now, but it wasn't like that for the first 3 months. The worst aspect is definitely lack of support, but I suspect that is true of most large suppliers.

Did they not ask you to do some basic fault finding, like checking if it's a line or Wi-Fi problem?

Have you tried with the router in the test socket? Is the router rebooting? Is it reporting "cuts"?
