Download speed up to 100MB on 100MB package, however only getting around 18MB upload speed. I rang up 2nd Line and asked why my upload speed was less than 20% of my download speed, was told that this is an acceptable speed and they cannot guarantee any upload speed. Has anybody experience with Vodafone of raising an issue with upload speed and getting any resolution?

If your connection is provided by Cityfibre you would get the synchronous 100/100.
However if your connection is openreach the 100/20 would be correct.

I am on Full Fibre 100 but through City Fibre.

Hi, its Cityfibre and Vodafone said they would not follow it up with them.

It's odd, if it is CityFibre, that the upload you are quoting is exactly what you would get on Openreach.
Hope you get it sorted soon.

Hi there @tweak14 - thanks for popping onto the Community for some help with this.
As @Ripshod and @Jayach have mentioned, the download v upload speeds you've mentioned would usually be in-line with Openreach - so I can check what's happening, please come and chat to my team via Facebook or Twitter.

Hi @Amanda , I've just tried this and they are just fobbing me off and saying its tough as there is no guarantee upload speed for me. I can clearly see the 18MB upload speed for Openreach online, but how do I ask Vodafone to check why I am only getting that on CItyfibre. They keep saying my speed is okay. How do I escalate this please?
