Let's see if we can get you speeds back up to where they should be @Busted2022. To help us understand your issue and what's causing this, please confirm:
- If you did the speed test using a Wi-Fi or wired connection
- How many devices do you have connected
- Is the router next to any electrical equipment that might interfere with the signal. For example, Microwave, TV, Fish tank, or Baby monitor
- Can you run another speed test through the Vodafone Broadband app and post the result here. This will provide us with your sync speed and help us determine if the slower speeds are down to outside interference.

HI, thanks for your reply, Its not just the speed - the connection complety cuts out and doesnt come back for around 4-5 mins at least - very frustrating in the middle of a meeting.
Its Wifif
No no eletrical thing around the router
when it happens around 6 devices are connected
I've tried to run a vodafone speed test, however this appear to be stuck on 'chat' its bee reported screen which is from a test i did last week and no response so far.

Thanks for confirm this @Busted2022, Have you tried using a wired connection and if so, does this connection drop when your WiFi does? Also we'll need to check your sync speed to help us investigate this further. We can do this from our end, as we need access to your account to do this we'll need you to pop us a private message through one of our social channels.

I've since been on Chat with the Wifi Xperts and they have identified i have an old router which is out of date - it wasnt replaced when i upgraded last year. Sending a new one so hopefully this will resolve the issues. Thanks for replying
