upload speed reduced

Hi,

 

On 500mb fttp and usually my upload speed is 67mb. Now it has changed to about 18mb over the past few days.Any ideas?

I've done via app already and it tells me my case has been picked up by one of the agents. Have heard nothing from them though.

HI. This has now been solved but can I request a static ip? I have spoken to CSR via webchat and they say this is no longer offered , contradicting what is said on the forum. Please advise

Elsewhere on this forum it has been said that the static address facility ended at the end of January 2025.
