Incoming calls now not working at all.
Calls register as a "missed call|".
Outgoing calls are OK.
...............coincidently, this only happened since I registered an issue re upload on broadband.
Have posted a note on both twitter and facebook - no response to date.
Chat bot is always 'busy'.
Any way to talk to someone at VF ?

Hey @kes1066 - Hmm, that sounds very odd! Have you heard back from us on Social Media yet?
Is there a dial tone on your landline?
I would advise we look into your account to check what the issue may be - if you are yet to hear back from us on social media, either pop over your Facebook/Twitter name used to message us or you contact us on 191/

Evie - awaiting call from engineer today hopefully - escalated over the weekend so might be resolved sometime soon.
FYI - can get outgoing OK with dial tone, just nothing incoming.

@kes1066 Did you receive your arranged callback from an Engineer in the end? If so, have they managed to fix the Landline issue?

Yes thanks, the landline is now back in action for incoming calls.
..........but the broadband upload speed is still really, really slow.
Hoping to get some attention on this soon.

BACK to NO landline at all
