I have just been upgraded to a full fibre package with a new Power Hub, everything is set and running OK. WiFi is working and the Internet and phone lights on the back of the router are lit green.
My landline phone is now connected directly to the hub via the provided dsl cable but the phone unit is saying "Please check line cord"
Now I've looked through a few other threads and I'm wondering if the fix needed is a dsl to BT adapter as was linked here https://soho66.co.uk/7369/all/1/RJ11---BT-Adapter-%28with-Ring-Capacitor%29.aspx
The base unit is a BT Decor 2600 so a little dated and I'm hoping it will be an easy fix to get this adapter for it.
