I’m getting fed up with this. We have unlimited calls as part of our broadband/landline package. A few months ago we were charged for some calls in error. I spent almost an hour on the phone to India to get it sorted.
I noticed again this month more incorrect charges. And looking back there was another month that this happened which I did not notice.
I don’t want to spend hours on the phone again, with not compensation or recompense, other that it being deducted from my bill. Why does this keep happening? And please can I have an email address, rather than having to call or deal with the useless Tobi thing.

We're unable to access accounts over the forum as it's a public platform, however, if you can contact our Social Media team here, they'll be able to assist you at your convenience as they are open 24/7. Also if you have the MyVodafone app or access to your online account, you're able to view your bill breakdown in PDF form which should help explain where the charges have come from. The team can correct any as needed for you 🙂

Yes I’ve got the app and checked my account, that’s how I know I have been charged for calls to a normal landline number when I have unlimited landline and mobile call.
