Vodafone are investigating but has been going on for a while, they informed me that they no longer have a support team for the passes so problem probably won’t be fixed. It’s like Vodafone are trying to force people to quit the pass and then will not be able to reinstate it!

Thanks for getting back in touch @NealeG. I'm glad that this is being investigated and apologise for the delay. Our Vodafone passes are no longer available to new customers and you're correct, if you remove the pass you won't be able to reinstate it - you can find information on this here.
