I'd like to use a data bundle (PAYG) when I'm in Sicily next month, but have read several stories on this forum about roaming data being throttled (despite Vodafone proudly stating that they do not throttle roamin data). Does anyone have any recent experience of using a UK Vodafone SIM in Sicily (we're staying in Syracuse). Any feedback on speed and reliability?
