Hi there.
I would really grateful for some advice on how to use the R219h mobile wifi device.
During lockdown, my new router broke and I had to wait for three days whilst a replacement arrived so I quickly bought the R219h and used it until the new router came - everything was fine.
This was a 18 month ago and I need to use it again but have no idea what to do to get data again.
Do I have to buy a brand new sim card or can I top up to the sim already in the device?

If you were using the device as PAYG @Elsmandino I am sure what has happened is the SIM has been disconnected from the network for non use.
You can use a PAYG SIM in the device here: PAYG a tip is to activate the SIM in a phone, add a bundle and use the data allowance in the dongle, as this may well work out an expensive option when you won't be using the call and texts allowance, the other alternative is a new dongle with a new SIM from the website here: Mobile Broadband Dongles

Hey @Elsmandino I hope you're well! If you drop our Social Media team a message here they can securely access your account to see if the current SIM is still active and registered. If it is then you will be able to top up. If however the SIM is inactive, you will need to request a new one. The team will be able to advise you on what you need to do next.
