Vodafone R219 Dongle is not allowing VPN connections and keeps stating proxy connection issue when trying to connect to VPN on different browsers. I want to watch foreign TV programmes via VPN but this is being blocked when I use Vodafone R219. I was able to connect to VPN all day every day through VirginMedia and TalkTalk WiFi internet connections but NOT with Vodafone. I have moved property and rely solely on the Voafone R219 Dongle for Internet access.
Please advise.
