Hi there,
On Friday I purchased a R219H MiFi unit plus data Sim. I did this over the chat and when I asked the agent whether I will get a receipt for the purchase he said it will be mailed to me. I have however not received a receipt with an actual cost and VAT breakdown, just which products I ordered.
I need this for an expense claim at work.
How do I get hold of a receipt?

Hey Josh,
I have yes, I'm afraid there is nothing in my junk either. I have received an order confirmation that breaks down the two products I purchased, but there are no values or a VAT breakdown.
