Around 3 months ago at home I could get around 200mbps on 4g+/5g, but since then I only seem to be getting around 80mbps which is frustrating to say the least after getting such good speed for such a long time.
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
All of the local area, not sure about elsewhere
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
PO21
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Unsure
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Slow speed
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Around 2 to 3 months ago
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Permanent, all day

Hey there @TheReal_JC - thanks for completing the network template.
So we can look into it further we'll need your full postcode - if you don't wish to provide this on the original post, you can pop it on your profile details, as this is only visibly to us and yourself.
Alternatively, you can also chat to my team over a secure channel Facebook or Twitter message - just click Get Started > Message an agent and pop over your community username with a link to your post 🙂

Thanks for updating those details @TheReal_JC
I can see we've recently carried out some work in your area and this completed around 10 o'clock last night - have you tried turning your phone off and on since then, to help it update on the network?
Other than that, you should see good 2G, 3G and 4G coverage in your area - the 5G is patchy but you may still be able to connect to it when you're out and about.
I've double checked your live signal strengths and you're in what we call a 'dense urban' area for 3G and 4G, so you shouldn't be seeing slow speeds all the time like this - I've also looked at how your local masts are preforming and they're all showing no drops or issues.
Are you able to test your SIM in another phone to see if you notice any improvement or if the same thing happens please?

Hi Amanda,
I have tried my sim in a different phone and also turned my phone off and back on, same speeds, nothing above 70/80mbps on both 5G and 4G+.

Thanks for getting back to me @TheReal_JC
We'd only expect to see speeds between 3.8 and 60.0Mbps on your 4G network, it's unlikely that you'd see anything over this - are you experiencing any issues with the service, such as lagging or buffering?
The 5G coverage is mainly in other nearby areas, so you'd see it when you're moving about in these locals towns, but you're very unlikely to at your home address.

Hi Amanda,
My phone connects to 5G automatically inside my house, pretty much everywhere, but the speeds are the same as 4G+.
Attached is an image of speeds that I was receiving 19/01/22. My speeds were always around this speed until recently like stated above.

Proof attached to show I have 5G at the moment in my home.

Thanks for getting back to me and providing those screenshots @TheReal_JC
Other than the speed test showing reduced speeds, are you experiencing any issues with your mobile data? Are you able to test your SIM in another phone and vice versa? 🙂

Hi Amanda
Sims have been swapped with another phone and vice versa, still the same outcome.
The mobile data seems slightly sluggish as well, as in the latencey
