4g/5g network speed Chichester area

Around 3 months ago at home I could get around 200mbps on 4g+/5g, but since then I only seem to be getting around 80mbps which is frustrating to say the least after getting such good speed for such a long time.

 

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

 

All of the local area, not sure about elsewhere

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

The network in the area should be fine for you so we'll need to run through security and check your line in your account with you to make sure there is nothing cause the problem there.
