I was originally with Lebara which uses your network, since porting to SMARTY no users on Vodafone or Vodafone MVNOs are able to get through to me, they are simply presented with a Vodafone message stating that the phone is turned off.
I have asked a friend who is a Load VoIP Technician who has confirmed that issue lies with users originating from the Vodafone network.
Could you please resolve this issue as it prevents me from even receiving the OTP to log into my Vodafone broadband account and I miss many calls from tradesman that have been doing work on my home.
