Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

Hi all, so I messaged o2 on twitter this morning to see if there are any more updates on their end, but just got a generic response, our engineers are doing checks in the area, we'll have an update for you by June 30th. All their update will be is that they are still doing checks and it will be pushed back another six weeks I bet, this is all madness!

I have spoken to my colleague from tech 3. They would like to investigate the mast in your area, we can't take your details on the forum but if you could reach out to our social media team and mention you were sent from the forum.

You can find out how to reach us with the following links

Hi all, so I spoke to Liam on twitter yesterday morning and he took a deep look into the mast, and the last update he can see was from the end of May, basically saying what Ker Anderson told me. the reason why we have had no updates on the network status checker about the issues, is because the mast itself is operating absolutely fine, there aren't any problems with it, the problems are with external interference which he said ofcom are now looking into. It could be anything though, a building structure, construction, they just don't know. Apparently there still isn't a timeframe as to when it will be sorted. He said he's raised it with the checker team so they can have it updated that there is an issue in the tw13 area. Also last night o2 updated their status page with yet another pushback before we get an update on what's going on.

Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working as well as we would expect

Our engineers are carrying out some checks to investigate issues in this area. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Friday 28th July 2023.

Thanks for the update.

hi all, this is the message from o2's status page now. hopefully this will help Vodafone out?

Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working.

Our engineers have found an issue and we’ve ordered replacement parts to fix it. Until we're finished, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Friday 28th July 2023

so, there are now issues in tw136aw again for 2g, 3g, 4g and 5g.

so it looks like according to their checker they've fixed issues in tw136aw and tw137ef so we'll have to see. O2's status checker is still saying they're waiting for new parts for the mast for tw136aw.

hi all, so I should be getting an update on twitter tomorrow morning. The team are now keeping me in the loop with what is going on a bit better which is great, they said on Monday that an engineer was due to go and visit the mast either yesterday or today and if there were any repairs needed then they would carry them out. o2's side of things still hasn't changed, they're waiting for replacement parts for the mast, so I guess we'll see what twitter brings me tomorrow morning! I was in the tw13 area yesterday and speeds were still as shocking as ever, can't believe this has been going on for 7 months now!

Hi all, so once again we are definitely being fobbed off! remember I was told engineers were visiting the mast last Tuesday/Wednesday well apparently there's been no update from them on the mast and no one knows if there's even been a visit, so apparently i'm gonna get another update in the morning on twitter, not expecting any miracles though. O2 still say they have ordered replacement parts for the mast and we will have issues until it is fixed, so there has been no change there.

so there are also now issues in tw136rq so lets see when they get fixed...
