Unblock company website

Hi.  Our website www.jetcraft.com and associated app appear to be blocked on the Vodafone network, there appears to be a MITM attack on the SSL cert from allot.com which looks to be the Israeli security company Vodafone uses for web filtering.  Could we please be whitelisted as there is no content for concern in any category.  Many thanks.

Thank you for providing us with these details @Southwood. I've checked the link you provided and we're able to access this without issue on our mobile and broadband network. So we can help you get to the bottom of the issues you've seen on your side, are you able to provide us with a bit more detail? Are you getting any error messages when you try to access your site. If you do, please provide us with a screenshot of the error message in question 👍

When connected to Vodafone mobile data the valid Cloudflare SSL cert is replaced with one from allot.com which is obviously invalid so the site will not load.  From what I have uncovered so far allot.com is the company behind the Vodafone Secure Net system which would explain why the site loads perfectly with the correct SSL cert when switching over to wifi.  I'm not sure why the valid certificate is being replaced though?

Hi @Southwood! I've checked again and can see that Secure Net is currently blocking this. Apologies for this, I've put in a request to reclassify the website for you. Once I get an update, I'll pop back to you here to let you know when this has been corrected 🙂

Thanks Beth, I appreciate your quick response.

Hi @Southwood! I've received an update from the team. It will take towards the end of the month to fully complete whilst the systems talk to one another, however, they've advised that this has been reclassified for you 🙂

Thank you, looks to be working for us already.

Hi,

We are very much in the same situation with our website https://www.evolutionorganics.co.uk in that we seem to be blocked with what looks like a certificate from allot.com being served instead of our own (valid) SSL.

Please could this be looked at also with a view to 'unblocking'?

Many thanks,

Jon

Hi @jonwebb2312, thanks for your post. So we can get this sent to the correct team, is the site getting blocked on a mobile data or a broadband connection, or both? Do you know if the users are getting any error messages when they're trying to access your site?
