Hi
After getting cheesed off with the performance of a different network round me I decided to switch to Talkmobile (I'm not a heavy user but wanted to be able to use 5G, PAYG and pay monthly on Vodafone are a bit more than I want to shell out, sorry, just being honest) so checked out Talkmobile and signed up on a 30 day contract for 8 quid with 4GB.
I'm also a member of topcashback but missed an offer for the same but at 4.95 with a bit of cashback.
So got hold of a ASDA SIM, ported out and then signed back up through topcashback and the port back in completed today..
Now am in a situation where the online account system won't allow me to re-register but I can't log in either (old account is still active and they are due to collect a payment on 3rd Feb from the first time around) so I think the system is now seeing two accounts linked to the same e-mail and is not sure which details to return.
Yes, I fully admit it's a self dug hole.
Now, I tried to go on webchat about 6.30 p.m. and it was quoting me an hour.
I do tech support for a karge organisation so am on the phone myself all day so if I can avoid a call that would be great and am more than happy to send off the query and ket the good people at Vodafone/Talkmobile sort it out but can't find a webform to do this, is there one or is webchat/call the only options now?

Hi @pctechbloke! You're also able to contact us through Social Media here if you're experiencing delays through our webchat or phonelines. Just to advise, our Social Media team isn't an instant messaging service so there can be delays if the channel is busy however, this is another avenue you can try so we're able to get you access to your online account with us 🙂

Thanks @Beth, so no options for anyone that doesn't do social media then, shame.
Completely understand there being no publicly available e-mail addresses but a secure webform for those happy to fire off a query and get on with our day would be nice.
I'll try webchat later when I finish at 5.
