Hi. I manage a website for a small, registered charity (www.smef.org.uk). Recently this has been flagged by Vodafone as having 18+ content. It provides valuable help and advice for the community - it has no nudity or profanity or any other content which could be classed as adult only. Please could you tell me how to have our website reclassified? People who urgently need our support may be unable or unwilling to access the site.
Yes, we use cloudflare as the DNS with proxying, that site says that other people use cloudflare as DNS with proxying and some of those others are bad sites...... so because its the same IP its suspicious..... you cant de-list from them, that's why its 'suspicious' and not 'malicious'
The fact all the other vendors were willing to de-list means that have reassessed the site as safe
@hsaartet The thing is that VF seem to want an all-green dashboard from Virus Total given what has been seen in other people reporting blocked sites in the past. I looked on other inspection sites and they passed your URL as safe, but that doesn't seem to mean anything to VF.
Thanks for that @hsaartet, I've just been able to access the site via a Vodafone mobile connection, but have still raised it to our team (Ref: INC000005333192), just so they can make sure it's catagorised correctly.
Awesome, will you be able to confirm back here when they say its all clear, we had clients attempting to access the site telling us they were blocked......
