Hi @becover 

Let the Vodafone Social Media Team's catch up with your post and they'll see if the site your having issues accessing needs whitelisting.

You'll need to provide the full site domain address please.

Also check that no security software is stopping the site and Vodafone software like securenet.

Clear your cache, cookies , data and browsing history and try again and or another browser in the meantime.

This is the Vodafone UK forum so if your in Italy you'll need to speak with your own network customer service i.e http://m.vodafone.it/pages/TOBi 

As the Vodafone name is used by many countries but are not linked.

I know I thought that maybe you could help me because in Italy they just can't understand the problem, instead from your first answer he has already identified the problem, can't you do anything to bring us back to the whitelist?

Unfortunately Vodafone UK has no access or contact with your countries Vodafone Network so you would need to contact them yourself and ask the question @becover

The problem here is that Vodafone Secure Net is blocking access to the website mentioned above.
