A £17 default was registered on my credit file approx 4 years ago. I disputed this at the time and asked for evidence of contractual service agreement to no avail. Vodaphone assured further investigation & £16 was paid through desperation to not have my credit history ruined. I was further reassured that this would not happen only to find that it has. 2 agencies report the default. 1 reports a default of £0 and the other £17.
Please help resolve this issue & remove the default from my file as was no contract or money owed / not reported / communicated to me. The matter is causing extreme hardship / detriment to access credit. Thankyou
