Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Amira of Customer Complaints, and to Oliver Shields. I rang 14.26 on the 17/08/2020; both were patient and have left a loyal customer even more loyal to Vodafone UK. Oliver was particulary helpful, and with incredible patience talked me through the various options and explanations for SIM only plans, and the difference between getting a contract through a third-party competitor versus going directly through Vodafone. If any moderators are about, I ask you please to pass this on.
