Unable to change my account address. No way to get through to Vodafone by phone or chat today!!!

I've been trying all day to change my account address and to get through to Vodafone, the chat won't load and I spent 3 and a half hours on hold this afternoon. I'm extremely frustrated. I get an error message every time I try to do this in my account. I'm trying to make a change and this is stopping me from getting a better phone. Is there something wrong with the website right now??

Please help!!!
