Hi I have just bought this SIM card and it’s called lebara i wanted to call someone and it said I have 0 calling credits this is so annoying I payed 10 £ on this sim and I have 0 calling credits absolutely ridiculous!

I appreciate why you've posted here @Sadafameryss as Lebara is a mvno network that uses the Vodafone network.
Unfortunately the team here won't be able to have access to their account details to see what's happening.

One time I topped up to 20 and it went down to 18, turned out they had saved up charges that werent documented anywhere from messages i sent before the topup while theoretically i shouldnt have been able to send anything and I'd been sending test messages to see if my sim had been activated
