I rang to cancel my BB contract on 23rd November 22 as i was moving and Vodafone couldn't activate the new service until 16th Jan. I was out of the contract period.
To cut it short, i have had to call again twice as despite receiving emails to confirm the disconnection etc, i am still being billed for the account. Each call is taking over 2 hours of my time & getting me nowhere! Please help!

Bit difficult to understand your problem. You need to give Vodafone 30 days notification of cancellation. (AFAIK)
If you are out of contract, no problem. If still in contract there will be a EFT, (early termination fee).How's my early termination fee calculated? (vodafone.co.uk)
There is nothing the forum can do to help, you need to contact Vodafone. If all else fails, raise a complaint.
