Ongoing issue that voadfone are aware of but we seem to be getting nowhere.
My broadband app stopped working 2 weeks ago, i uninstalled and reinstalled it. When logging back in, to my horror, the app connected to a router that was not mine.
I could see all the information about this person's network. Their SSID, their passwords, their devices on the network and IP addresses. I could also change their passwords for their network.
Contacted vodafone, they of course seemed to not understand my issue and appear to have a different serial number for my router in their system than I have for my router at my home.
The issue being is that as almost everything related to "Super Wifi" is done through the app, and not the web UI. Therefore I cannot control my own network, as when I log into the app, I cannot connect to my own router.
I was told it would be resolved in 10 working days, it is day 11 today and when asking for an update, again the agent seemed unsure and just told me "it will be sorted, but i cannot give you a time frame."
Seems like a pretty big issue with their app. I also wonder if they even understand the issue, as to me it seems like they need to input my router's correct serial number into the system on their end and then my app would pull that information when I log in, and connect to my router? Not sure why its taken two weeks so far.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm in the same boat as you. VF BB app was showing no information for my devices and I was unable to do anything. VF agent advised I clear cache and data and uninstall and reinstall app. Which I did, previously it showed 3 routers my latest powerhub, a ultra hub which didn't work very well so returned it and an old thg3000 which I gave away. Now when I login to my Vodafone broadband app I have a choice to connect to the Ultra Hub or the thg3000 none of which I have in my possession any longer. And I'm told to press WPS on my powerhub and connect to the Broadband app that way, this doesn't work because the app isn't trying to pair it's wanting to only connect to a router I don't have so the app is useless
