Can I connect a Vodafone Super Wifi 6 Booster bought from Marketplace?

I just signed up with Vodafone and got their Wifi 6 Power Hub. After that, I found a Vodafone Super Wifi 6 Booster on Marketplace and bought it, thinking I could easily connect it to improve coverage. However, I’ve tried setting it up, but I can’t get it to connect, and I can’t find any way to make it work.

Is this even possible? Or does Vodafone lock these boosters so they can only be activated by them? If that’s the case, it seems unfair that we’d have to pay extra to get one directly from them.

Has anyone managed to set one up without Vodafone’s involvement? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi @hollond35! You'll need to have Super Wi-Fi 6 as a part of your broadband plan with us to activate the boosters. If you have this already, you're able to set this up through the app. Make sure you're putting the booster into a direct socket rather than an extension lead though. I hope this helps 🙂
