Hi, my sister has broadband in my name at her address. She pays me each month for it. We called up in March / April this year to have it taken out of my name and put into her own. We’ve since heard nothing back, even though we were told it would be completed within 10 days.
Any idea what we should do? Thanks

Thanks Gemma. When I click on the social media link it opens up a form to complete. Is that what I have to do? If so, do I complete it as myself or my sister? (Just to remind you, it’s not at my address, just my name) thanks Gemma
