My Vodaphone Broadband will not pair with my Hive Hub. This is the second Hive Hub I have ordered, thinking that the previous one may have been faulty.
I have tried the switching everything on and off etc but my broadband appears to be trying to pair with the Hive Hub but then indicates that the pairing has failed.
Any ideas????

I have this issue. The seems to be some mentions of 2.5gbps Lan connections not working. How do I tell if the LAN is 2.5 or not?

I have same issue, after upgrading to Vodafone full fiber 100 plan. Seems hive uses Jigbee channel which is getting overlapping by Vodafone WiFi channels. According to Hive team if Vodafone sets their wifi channel1 it should work better. But Vodafone auto select different channels between instruments and used doesn't have chioce to set them. Seems problem is not going away for me after several talks with hive and Vodafone customer support

Odd suggestion but from a different source - turn off any Bluetooth speakers/soundbars while you attempt to pair the Hive Hub.

All problem started when upgraded to Full diber 100, had lot of issue for pairing recieverto hub, then once paired keeps loosing connection on hive reciever. To check and confirm if issue due to WiFi took long lan cable moved hub next to hive reciever in kitchen from living room then for 2 days worked absolutely fine. But when relocated hub in hallway around 5meters away again reciever started loosing connection and still problem persists
