Installers connecting a flat to the CityFibre box drilled into the intercom cable inside the flat.
This disabled the intercom system for our 8 storey block. It has taken many hours for an electrician to troubleshoot this and discover the source of the problem. We are out of pocket and the residents greatly inconvenienced.
We as the Management Company are not the client but wish to make a claim on this. Who do we address or speak to.?

My guess would be that you need to speak to City Fibre, who while they are a partner of Vodafone on projects are not a subsidiary.
