Hi all,
I have a Gigafast 100 service with Vodafone. Since Saturday morning I am having a bizzare issue where only mobile phones can access the internet via Wi-Fi. Neither any of the TVs, Sky boxes, gaming consoles, laptops in the house etc are able to access the internet (they connect to the Wi-Fi but no internet can be found).
I have tried connecting a Sky Box, Playstation 5 and laptop to the router via Wi-Fi and wired cable and yet they still cant access the internet but 3 different mobile phones can access the internet?
I have tried restarting the router, been advised to factory reset both the router and the black box by tech support and still having the same issue. Currently waiting on a call back from tech support but anyone had this issue before or know what could be causing it?
