At the moment, I get a text message and an email that my broadband bill is due. I have a Direct Debit set up which is always covered, so I don't need a reminder, especially not by two different methods.
Is there a way to turn off these notifications? If I have to receive them, is there a way I can turn off just the SMS?

@Mark Are you certain? Because after an interminable conversation with the rep last time, who assured me it was sorted, I still receive both SMS and email notifications.
If so, is there a way I can get this corrected without social media?

Thanks for the prompt response but I do not use facebook or twitter...
Surely there is a way to e-mail or perhaps, just perhaps do it on your own (as in mine) account page?

As a members of the Social Media team @Holien99 and @sheepdontsing, we always advise customers to contact us this way first. It allows us to pick up any issues you're having, take ownership of this and see it through to a resolution. If you don't have a social profile, you can call us on 191 from any Vodafone mobile, or 03333 040 191 from any other UK line. Of course, our Live Chat team will also be happy to help with any issues you're experiencing too.
