Two addresses, how can I get two Vodafone broadband accounts to work?

Hello. I have two addresses and now have Voda broadband at each of them.

Is it possible to see both of them from one Vodafone Broadband app and one My Vodafone app?

I suspect not so I'm trying to set up a second account with a separate email address and have second apps on my wife's phone instead. But Voda seems to be struggling to get the second account set up - I've got as far as trying to register an account and even got, some time ago, a temporary password, but at login it won't accept the temporary password, if I try the 'forgot password' route I never receive the rest-password email, and if I try to register again it is rejected and it tells me I have already registered an account. Help!

What an interesting situation and so similar to one I have been trying to sort out over the last couple of weeks. My reset emails don't arrive either, thought it was just me! I presume you have two different account numbers... it is possible for the Transfer of Ownership team to put them under a single account number.... however if they under different names ie one under (for example) mike@xxxxxxx and the other under michael@xxxxx it does complicated matters. I wish you luck , especially with getting the password email sorted.

Hi @array! If you currently have two Home Broadband accounts for two separate addresses and you'd like this to be under one, please fill in our Transfer of Ownership form here. These will then be merged into one account all under the same online account and MyVodafone app 🙂

Hi Beth. Sorry for the delay - I was about to do this then wondered about how to view/manage my broadband at each address, ie use the Vodafone Broadband app. How would that work, eg would it work, would it ask me which address's broadband I wanted to view etc? Thanks, I do appreciate your help.

Yes @array, if you have more than one service connected to your account, you can switch between these in our app 😊

The transfer is done. But it doesn't work. In the My Vodafone app it shows me each of my plans (2×home phone and 2xbroadband) but it won't show any detail on the recently added ones at the second address, that only gets shown for the original ones/original address. It returns "we're sorry, we can't find this information right now" every time I try. 

The Vodafone Broadband app doesn't work either, it shows "your phone is not connected to the Internet". The phone is connected to the Internet, but it is the second address Vodafone Internet. 

How does this get fixed? Thanks.

I am also not receiving rest password emails from vodafone. My issue has been ongoing for the past 12 days and I still don’t have access to my account. The team via social media are useless and just keep sending new emails that I’m not getting. Funny enough though the billing from vodafone and thier marketing emails get through to me just fine.  There is a technical issue here with Vodafone and they are too damn lazy to sort it out.
