I've had this problem since July where I cannot log in yo Vodafone on the app or online (on various browsers) I've contacted Vodafone many times and each time I'm told it goes to technical team and once its resolved they will contact me which i don't hear back. Now I have upgraded my broadband and need to log in the new broadband app so set up some of the features I still can't. On the security screen where it eats to send a security code the drop downs are blank. Has anyone else had this problem?
