Where is my tablet?

As part of the broadband deal I was supposed to get a Fire HD tablet.
Now, after 6 months and many times contacting support, nothing!!!

Will i ever get my tablet? Vodafone keep lying and telling me to wait 7-10 days every time I contact them.

Good joke... 7-10 days or maybe 7-10 months or years...

@Mark the deal was a Fire HD tablet not a Fire Stick!
I have also contacted support / live chat many times and each time, all i get is a fake promise that I will receive my item in 7-10 days.

We have the ability to set reminders on the conversation so it's a lot easier to case manage versus something like webchat. I'd really recommend to give it a try.
