Port forwarding for Arlo Smart Hub

I am trying to set up port forwarding for my Arlo Smart Hub in the latest Power Hub. I enter the ip and internal and external port generated by Arlo Smarthub but the status is still unavailable and I can’t access the Smarthub.Any advices??
