Where is my tablet?

As part of the broadband deal I was supposed to get a Fire HD tablet.Now, after 6 months and many times contacting support, nothing!!! Will i ever get my tablet? Vodafone keep lying and telling me to wait 7-10 days every time I contact them.Good joke...
