the problem is when i click apply, nothing happens , when i try go to another page and come back to it, it says
Please apply or cancel your changes.
i am clicking on apply but its not working , i dont know why

i tried google chrome and on google chrome incognito mode
also tried on firefox and edge
then tried on google chrome on my android phone
it didn't work

theres something wrong with it, if i click wi-fi, then click gerneral, then click wps then click general again i see the options for split 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands but none of the buttons work
