I have upgraded to broadband 900  (being installed end of Jan)  and have a slight problem, I have a home media server ( Netgear readynas ) running upstairs which has no wifi capability, I am thinking a router to plug into or a mesh sysem, anyone done this or any advice please

.@Chappers3604 Another alternative is Powerline.

I know that others on here (respectful nod in their direction) are not so keen on Powerline, but for my uses it happily hosts 3 PCs (Win 10, Win 11 and Ferdora), 2 printers, and 3 Raspberry Pis.

so how does the server work upstairs if there is no WiFi I can only guess you have a cat 6 cable running from the server upstairs to the router downstairs .

So just have the new 900 installed next to your old router

As @gipjon says there is no reason it shouldn't works exactly the same as it does now, unless there is something you haven't told us.
