it been over a week now and I can’t access my account information either online or in the app it’s showing the same thing. I have contacted Vodafone and they just tell me to reset my password or username but it didn’t work at all. Please if you can advise me further. Many thanks.

Hi @hoyam. It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the My Vodafone app. We understand how concerning this must be. From your screenshot, I can see that you're connected to WiFi. To make sure that we're on the same page, have you tried accessing the app using your mobile data connection?

Hi @Jason . Yes I did but unfortunately it’s showing error code: 4300 every time
