Hi,
This is the second time now I’ve been with Voxi and the second time I’m unable to add credit to my Voxi account via their website, I just get an error message..
I’ve been told to top up using the Vodafone pay as you go top up system, I did this yesterday and although the payment is showing on my bank account as a pending transaction my Voxi credit still remains at £0
any ideas? Is this a known fault trying to add credit to a Voxi account?

I have, they sent me a link to top up via Vodafone pay as you go! But that hasn’t worked and I’m waiting to see what happens to the pending transaction for the attempted top up yesterday before I try again! Just seems odd you can’t do it via Voxi website
