I have been trying to top up my mobile broadband
I try to login to my Vodafone but it says it is texting me a code but I never receive it.
I've tried calling up but no one answers.
I need to topup but no matter what i do it is not working

You should be able to top up following this link: Topping up your Mobile Broadband
For quickness live chat will be able to add the credit. Alternatively, as in the linked thread, speak to the Social Team.
