I've spoken to online chat 5 times and each time it gets works.
1st May 2024 I bought a big bundle 21GB, Unlimited texts and minutes.
Day 10 lost signal.
online chat every day and each time the promised to fix in 24 hours.
Visited shop today.
Helpful chap said he could see a log of agents trying to fix but failing.
One tried to change my name
today I got this
We've now updated your account details as requested.
We've updated your name change
when I try and log in either with pin number of text code I get 404

Update - [SOLVED]
Leon in the Woking store did some magic inc online chat employee to agent and after some account cleanse, get a new physical SIM converted to E-SIM and loaded a good amount of credit 9000 minutes, 5000 texts and 10GB of data.
