Form to move from payg to pay monthly asks for 20 digit code - I have 15 IMEI code from my mobile

So i decided to stick with Vodafone and bought a new Voda contract from another company - better deal. Wish I hadn't. I have converted my original pay monthly number to a payg (30 days wasted).

I have been sent a link to a form to transfer the old payg number to the new monthly contract. However, this form prompts for a 20 digit code. My phone shows me a 15 digit IMEI number. When I look at the back of the old sim it has a 19 digit alphanumeric code on it. I am now stuck. Anybody else had this problem, and what's the best way forward please?

Yes there was a thread recently @seawardr 

Download an app called Sim Serial Number and that will show the full number.
