I’ve just brought a pay as you go sim. And I chose a £30 a month plan however when I checked my coda phone app it’s saying I will be charged the £30 a month and £1 a day for unlimited calls and text which I have in my 30 day bundle. And apparently I can’t opt out of the £1 a day plan. So my bill will be £60 instead of £30 what’s going on

You are going to need the help of Customer Services here @mandarbank , live chat should work well, keep it simple for ToBi and you should get through to a live chat advisor.

 

I suspect what has happened here is as you have just purchased the SIM, Vodafone have taken £1.00 of the credit for PAYG 1.  The BVB would have activated at midnight and you would have received a text confirmation from Vodafone when it was ready for use.
